DollarFeet Model Release and Content License Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between DollarFeet.com (“Us”) and the individual completing this form (“Model”).
By submitting this form, uploading identification documents, and signing digitally, the Model agrees to the following terms.
1. Age Verification
The Model confirms that:

They are at least 18 years old at the time of submission.

The identification document submitted is valid and belongs to the Model.

All information provided is true and accurate.
DollarFeet verifies the Model’s age in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Consent to Appear in Content
The Model voluntarily agrees to appear in photos and videos created for sale through DollarFeet.
The Model confirms that:

Participation is voluntary.

No coercion or pressure has been applied.

The Model understands the nature of the content being recorded.
3. Grant of Rights
The Model grants DollarFeet perpetual, worldwide rights to:

sell
-
distribute
-
publish
-
license
-
promote
any content submitted or produced by the Model.
This includes use on:

DollarFeet.com
-
affiliated websites
-
partner marketplaces
-
promotional materials
These rights are irrevocable once content is accepted and payment is made.
4. Compensation
The Model agrees that:

Payment terms will be communicated before recording.

Payment is considered full compensation for the submitted content.

No future royalties or additional payments are owed unless agreed separately.
Payments may be sent via:
-
PayPal
-
Paxum or Crypto
-
other agreed payment methods.
5. Content Ownership
After payment, the Company becomes the commercial rights holder of the content.
The Model may not:

resell the same content elsewhere
-
license the same footage to other websites
-
distribute the original files
without written permission from DollarFeet.
6. Prohibited Content
The Model confirms that submitted content:

does not involve minors
-
does not include illegal activity
-
does not include third parties without consent
Only the Model appearing in the content may participate unless written approval is obtained.
7. Identity Record Keeping
DollarFeet maintains identification records in compliance with applicable record-keeping laws for age verification.
Submitted identification will be stored securely and used only for compliance purposes.
8. Liability Waiver
The Model releases DollarFeet from liability related to:

distribution of the content
-
public viewing of the content
-
resale or redistribution through partner platforms.
9. Governing Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Model and DollarFeet regarding submitted content.
10. Digital Signature
By signing below, the Model confirms that:

they have read and understood this Agreement
-
they agree to all terms
-
the digital signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
